We're Relationship Impact
As executives ourselves, we know that relationships in the workplace have tremendous impact. Each of us has led a wide range of teams across environments that span the U.S. military, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and consulting services. We also know that by improving the relational competence of individuals and teams, we can literally change the way that their organizations perform.
We formed Relationship Impact to help teams maximize their leadership capacity by developing members' relational competence—and thereby improve the day-to-day relationships that lead to high organizational performance. Through our Performance Process, which is based on years of our own research, we have enabled clients across a wide range of organizations to successfully develop leadership capacity, improve performance management, optimize strategic planning, and achieve measurable business results.
