Jack McGuinness

Jack brings 20 years of professional services management to the Relationship Impact team and is responsible for business development and client relationship management. After serving as an airborne ranger with the U.S. Army's prestigious 10th Mountain Division, he helped build a successful strategy and operations consulting firm. As chief operating officer for 13 years, he was responsible for client services, marketing, operations management, and human resources. Jack also served as chief executive officer of a light manufacturing company, where he developed a passion for unleashing the leadership capacity of teams throughout an organization. Convinced of the power of the Relationship Impact Performance Process, Jack joined forces with Gil Brady to form RI in 2009. His consulting has focused on helping client executives and staff achieve bottom-line results. He holds an MBA from the Hagan School of Business at Iona College and a BS in Engineering Management from The United States Military Academy at West Point.
