• December 2011 - RI engaged by Northrop Grumman to support the integration of two underperforming business units. Specific components of the initiative will include a thorough organization and business diagnosis, a comprehensive team development program, and the development and execution of a carefully crafted transition plan.
• October 2011 - Jack McGuinness formed a DC Metro CEO peer group under the banner of Vistage Interational. The group serves as an advisory board for members and a safe haven for them to address their most pressing business challenges.
• August 2011 - Gil Brady becomes Executive Director of The Center for Leaders we Need at Alliant University. The purpose of the Center is to identify and promote effective methods of developing organizational leadership, which make an ongoing contribution to the common good.
• July 2011 - RI engaged by Mission Essential Personnel to execute a leadership program designed to improve the effectiveness effectiveness of department and inter- department collaboration and support the initiation of an organizational improvement effort design to facilitate growth.
