• April — RI Introduces it's Catalogue of Leadership Capacity Offerings.
  These courses have been designed, executed and refined with many clients, and we are excited to share them with you. The catalogue presents each offering in a practical, easy to understand fashion and clearly demonstrates our unique approach to strengthening individual, team and organization leadership capacity. Each offering can be delivered in 90 minute, half day, full day or multi day formats. The catalogue is available in pdf format for download. • April — RI begins work on a year long program to strengthen the leadership capacity of the Managed Care group of a large pharmaceutical company. Following a large merger and dynamic changes to the US Healthcare system, the team leader asked RI to support their efforts to (i) improve the team's capacity to productively and creatively embrace conflict and nurture trust; (ii) strengthen the team's ability to communicate and interact authentically; and (iii) develop a balanced approach to learning and performing. RI will utilize a mix of interactive workshops and action learning projects to help the team achieve these important objectives.
• April — RI has been verified as a Veteran-owned small business and added to the verified Veteran business database at www.VetBiz.gov on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
