Team Leadership Capacity Development
Using our proprietary assessment approach, we assess individual and team relational capacity. Through hands-on workshops, we guide teams to build a common collaboration language and increase their relational awareness and competence. We can also provide ongoing education with structured monitoring and feedback.
Leader Coaching
Executives often have tremendous command of industry, product, and process knowledge but find it difficult to effectively extend expertise to their teams. We work extensively with executives, managers, and emerging leaders, providing coaching with mutual agreement about coaching relationship objectives, to help them become part of their teams’ learning process. We can also provide ongoing monitoring and feedback.
Performance Management
Relationship Impact is often called to collaborate with an executive team and the HR department to incorporate Relationship Impact Performance Process into HR processes. These projects usually include performance measurement, new hire training, performance evaluations, emerging leader training, and succession planning.
